The Individual Recovery Support Program provides up to 12 months of personalised support to help people experiencing mental health and wellbeing challenges to live independently and well in the community.

Staff from the Individual Recovery Support Program work with clients, their families and carers to understand their life and recovery goals, and identify the supports needed to achieve them.

This service is a partnership between Mind Australia and Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
