Delivered in partnership with hospitals, Mind offers recovery support in short-stay (up to 28 days) sub-acute residential units as an alternative to hospital (step up) or to help transition from hospital back into the community (step down). These are often also known as Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) services.

Some of our partner hospital and healthcare services have contracted Mind to provide follow up support in the community. Called Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response Services (EIPSRS), access is via patient case managers.

Mind also manages a few longer term residential programs (up to two years) offering intensive treatment and recovery support to enable a person to move back into the community.
