What is the carer helpline?

Mind cares about carers. We stand up for your rights, including your right to support. And of course, supporting carers improves outcomes for your loved ones.

We want all families and carers to get the information, support and services they need at the time they need them.

Mind 's Carer Helpline is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can call our Carer Helpline for over-the-phone information and advice, and to find out about the range of services we have available for carers.

Your loved one does not have to be using a Mind service to access this support.

You can contact the Carer Helpline on 1300 554 660

Mind Connect and the Carer Helpline are closed on all National and Victorian public holidays. Voice mails and emails received on those days will be responded to at the next available opportunity.
