Mind Australia’s NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services are now being delivered exclusively by One Door Mental Health, a subsidiary of Mind.

Moving Psychosocial Recovery Coaches and Support Coordination to One Door means people will have more consistent NDIS support, while still receiving the same high-quality, recovery-focused care from both Mind and One Door.

Existing Mind Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination participants will continue to receive the same high standard of support, and there will be no changes to their services, plans or goals. The only change, which came into effect on 1 July 2025, is the organisation (One Door) providing Support Coordination.

Your existing supports, such as support workers or cleaners, will remain the same.

One Door Executive Director Kathi Boorman said the change reflects Mind and One Door’s commitment to providing the best possible service for people experiencing mental health challenges.

“Delivering Support Coordination services exclusively through One Door marks an important step forward for both Mind and One Door. Our expertise and commitment to excellence will ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care and support for NDIS participants,” she said.

One Door is based in New South Wales, however, it delivers support coordination services in Victoria (Melbourne, Bendigo and Geelong), Queensland (Brisbane and Cairns Hinterland), New South Wales and South Australia.

One Door’s Support Coordination services can help you:

  • navigate the NDIS and make the best use of your supports in your plan
  • understand your goals and identify the supports you need to achieve them
  • connect with a wide range of NDIS supports, community, mainstream and other government services.
