We’ve introduced a new bookings and support system to make connecting with our Allied Health services easier.
Referral forms for Allied Health services are now available on the website so it’s easier and faster for people to get started with the support they want. And we are there to help with the eligibility criteria and anything else you might need help with.
People using Mind Allied Health services also now have the options of telehealth sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams. And they will also receive automated text reminders that let them confirm or cancel appointments, again to make things easier.
New follow-up tools emailed directly after sessions will make it easier for clients to record their outcomes and track their progress and improvement across a number of measures of wellbeing.
Adele Henwood, Mind’s General Manager for Specialist Services, said the changes are designed to improve the experience for existing and new clients and help them to achieve their goals.
“The great thing is how streamlined it all is. We hope people feel the difference and find it easier. And for new clients it’s going to mean we can see them faster.
If you’re an existing Mind Allied Health clients there’s nothing you need to do before the changes take effect, but if you have any questions, our Customer Service Advisors are here to help on 1300 286 463 or [email protected]
