Donations go towards:
The Mind Scholarship Program
Between the ages of 15 and 20, young people are laying the foundations for their adult lives. It’s a time of hope. Unfortunately, it’s also the time when many people first experience mental illness, disrupting their education and affecting their future. For those people, it can be a time of lost hope.
We set up the Mind Scholarship Program to give people a chance, to enable them to start – or continue – their studies.
We give up to $1,500 per individual for study-related expenses such as fees and books. Our program helps people get their life back on track and reclaim their hopes.
Research is vital. It helps us to find out what works and develop the services that people need. At Mind, we’re serious about research, and we involve individuals, families and carers, as well as other mental health service providers and universities. The more research we do, the more useful we are. Learn more about our research.
Fundraise for Mind
Organise a fundraiser
Fundraising is a serious business that can be a lot of fun. Whether it’s having your friends over for a home-made lamington (via a modest contribution to the collection tin) or running a long distance, there are heaps of ways you can raise money for Mind.
We’d love to help you to help us, so whatever you’re thinking of doing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our fundraising team on 1300 286 463 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll talk it through and give you all the help we can.
Unleash your inner hero
Who doesn’t want to be a hero? Our page on the Everyday Hero website makes it easy, and you don’t even have to wear tights and a cape – though you can if you want to. Registering your fundraising event on the site makes it easy to keep track of how much you’re raising and to share your page with friends and family. Come on now, don’t be shy. Be a hero and make sure everybody knows about it at Mind's Everyday Hero charity page.
Join workplace giving
A workplace giving program enables staff to give a certain amount of their salary to charity each pay day. The amount is entirely up to you – whatever you give, you’ll make a significant contribution to Mind’s work.
Workplace giving makes giving easy.
If your workplace is interested in participating, please contact Mind’s fundraising team on 1300 286 463 or email@example.com
Make a bequest or an in-memory donation
Arranging to support a cause you care about after your death is one of the most positive things you can do. By including Mind in your will, you will help a lot of people.
Giving in memory of someone you love is a wonderful way of honouring them by helping others.
