Mind Australia and Beyond Blue Support Service

Mind Australia and Beyond Blue are working together to offer extra support for people who may benefit from more ongoing help. If you’ve been referred here, it means a Beyond Blue counsellor believes this service could be a good fit for you. Taking part is always your choice.

What this service is about

This service provides short-term, structured support to help you build practical skills, feel more supported, and connect with the right services.
Beyond Blue will always be here for immediate support when you need it, while Mind Australia can work with you over time in a more consistent way.
The aim is simple:
To make sure you don’t have to start from the beginning every time you reach out for support.

What to expect

If you choose to take part:

  • A referral has been made by Beyond Blue (with your consent)
  • A Mind Australia counsellor will contact you to get started
  • You’ll take part in a set number of sessions
  • Sessions will focus on your goals, strengths, and next steps

This is a free service, funded by Beyond Blue.
