Site description

This residence is a beautiful Victorian building on an extensive garden block, complete with a vegetable garden and chickens. It is located in Armadale and is close to High St shops and public transport. It's a large double story house with 14 separate bedrooms and communal living spaces, including a large lounge room, large kitchen and smaller adjoining kitchen, large dining area and laundry. Five of the 14 bedrooms are downstairs, the rest are all located upstairs. Upstairs, there is also a small communal relaxation room, a large bathroom with showers and a toilet and an additional bathroom and toilet. Downstairs there is an art room, a small phone room with a resident landline phone, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The staff office area is located in a separate building a short walking distance to the house.
