Youth outreach recovery support is available to you if you need help to better manage your mental health, develop practical life skills, engage in the community and make the journey to the life you want.
Support is tailored to suit your needs and mental health goals. This support may also be offered to you before or after a longer term stay at the Wodonga youth residential rehabilitation service.
Your support worker comes to you, but you may also join in some group activities at the Wodonga residential site.
Who for:
Young people aged 16-25 years who have ongoing mental health issues with significant impacts on their wellbeing. Priority is given to those at risk of suicide or self-harm, or who are experiencing issues such as homelessness, family violence, disability or problems with substance use.
