The ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, housing shortages and cost of living pressures are having a direct impact on the mental health and wellbeing of South Australians.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs designed to fast track mental health support in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, have responded to more than 1600 Victorians’ seeking support in just seven months.

Mind Australia is working with Indigenous suppliers to help stimulate Indigenous entrepreneurship and business development, and provide Indigenous Australians with greater opportunities to participate in the economy.
Mind Australia’s Partnership and Linkage Service (PALS) is helping Edith overcome social isolation and learn valuable communication skills.
Edith, from North Melbourne, spent most of her childhood in hospital so she was never able to learn social skills, how to interact with others or how to make friends.
Victorians will be able to continue to access immediate support from the 30 Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs across the state, thanks to a funding extension announced by the Minister for Mental Health James Merlino.
