Updates to Mind’s Allied Health service

Thank you for choosing Mind Australia for your Allied Health clinical support - being part of your mental health and wellbeing journey is incredibly important to us. From Wednesday 1 April 2026, we’re introducing a new bookings and support system to make connecting with us easier.

While most changes will happen behind the scenes, you may notice a few improvements, including automated text reminders that let you confirm or cancel appointments, telehealth sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams, and follow‑up tools emailed directly after your session.

Clinicians will also have the option to use specialist, mental‑health‑focused AI software to assist with note‑taking, helping them stay fully focused on you.

There’s nothing you need to do before the changes take effect, but if you have any questions, our Customer Service Advisors are here to help on 1300 286 463 or [email protected]
