Workplaces where neurodivergent employees thrive.

Chances are, you’re missing something. In Australia. 11% of people surveyed in 2022 identified as neurodivergent, yet less than a third of neurodivergent workers have disclosed this to their organisation.

When employers embrace different ways of thinking and learning, they unlock unique strengths and boost productivity. But without support, neurodivergent employees—such as those with autism, ADHD, or dyslexia—face higher significantly higher risks of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout. ‘Masking’ increases the chances of sustaining a psychosocial injury for individuals and makes it harder for organisations to make adjustments to support their workers.

Synapse is a proactive, stigma-busting program designed to foster neuroinclusive workplaces. We partner with organisations to develop strategies, policies and education programs which support neurodivergent employees to thrive. We believe that by embedding neurodiversity awareness at every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding and beyond—Synapse helps organisations create a culture where all employees feel valued and supported.

The result is a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported, which unlocks potential, improves retention, and drives lasting cultural change.
